Welcome to the Southwest Bicycles Cycling Club
We are a club for cyclists who enjoy casual, recreational, no-drop rides. SWBCC members cycle for fun, fitness and for a cause. We always welcome new riders and invite you to jump on board for the ride! Please read our cycling documents in our document library to learn more about safe cycling and cycling in a group. Click

We offer a variety of rides to accommodate most all cycling abilities. Please visit the SWBCC Ride Calendar (link below) to view upcoming rides.
Because we offer a variety of rides, we encourage you to select the ride(s) that best match your cycling skills, speed and distances.

Tri bike use is strongly discouraged in group rides.
Fixie bike use is strongly discouraged in group rides.
Class 1: eBikes that are pedal-assist only, with no throttle, and have a maximum assisted speed of 20 mph.

All SWBCC rides are led by SWBCC certified ride leaders. Our ride leaders plan routes that utilize public roads and paths. Participants on our rides are expected and encouraged, to adhere to all pertinent traffic rules on the ride. Our goal is to promote the love of casual cycling in a supportive, group environment while emphasizing rider safety and abidance to pertinent traffic laws on our no-drop rides.
Because we utilize public roads and paths, participants may encounter previously unknown hazards or debris. As such, every participant accepts full responsibility for their own bicycle handling and safe passage when encountering unanticipated hazards or debris. We encourage our members to participate in one or more charity rides throughout the year.
